\u00a0The World Expo 2025 in Osaka<\/span><\/a> is one of the most important global events of this decade. Under the guiding theme \"Designing Future Society for Our Lives\"<\/em> gather between the April 13 and October 13, 2025<\/strong> over 150 countries to present innovations, cultural identity and sustainable solutions for the future.<\/p>\n

At the center of the Chilean pavilion<\/strong>which operates under the name \"Mak\u00fcn - The cloak of Chile<\/span><\/a>\"<\/em> the diversity of the country's regions - including a special focus on the Rapa Nui (Easter Island)<\/strong>the most remote inhabited island in the world. In this context, the Week of Rapa Nui<\/strong> in which the culture, crafts, language and identity of the island are made internationally visible.<\/p>\n


A brand with origins on Rapa Nui - and European quality<\/h2>\n

We are delighted to announce that our brand Anakena - Natural Cosmetics<\/strong> is part of this presentation in the Chilean pavilion. Selected products from our Chilean<\/span><\/a> and German line<\/span><\/a> - inspired by the nature and culture of Rapa Nui and Polynesia, manufactured to the highest quality standards in Germany and France.<\/p>\n

Anakena was originally Rapa Nui<\/span><\/a> founded - literally at a kitchen table, where the first soaps made by hand with local ingredients<\/span><\/a> such as guavas, seaweed, herbs and the famous island honey. In a small store in the center of Hanga Roa - run under the name Rapa Nui Natural Products<\/span><\/a> - these soaps were successfully sold together with Moai candles, herbs and many other handmade products for over six years.<\/p>\n

Today, Anakena stands for a modern natural cosmetics brand with international standards - but with a firm cultural foundation.<\/p>\n

International stage, local identity<\/h2>\n

Participating in Expo 2025 is much more than a marketing moment for us. It is a symbolic milestone - a sign that sustainable brands with genuine origins and cultural respect can make it from a small, lonely island in the South Pacific to the international stage thanks to a long, consistent journey and without giving up.<\/p>\n

It is a special honor for the Anakena teams in Chile and Germany to be part of this exhibition. Our products not only represent the beauty ideal of the South Pacific, but also carry the values of responsible and transparent production.<\/p>\n

We feel deeply connected to Rapa Nui's cultural heritage. For us, this brand not only belongs to us - it also belongs to the extraordinary place that inspired it. It fills us with deep gratitude that we can share this history with the world today.<\/p>\n
