Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil\u00a0<\/p>\n

Coconut oil, which we use in organic quality for our face cream and body lotion, is a white, solid fat at room temperature that turns into a clear, liquid oil at higher temperatures. It has an intense coconut scent and consists mainly of the saturated fatty acids lauric acid and myristic acid.<\/p>\n

Lauric acid has an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect and helps the skin to protect itself from harmful microorganisms. Myristic acid has been proven to soften and smooth the skin by forming a protective film that retains moisture and strengthens the skin barrier. This combination makes coconut oil a valuable ingredient for intensive moisturizing and soothing dry or irritated skin.<\/p>\n

The organic coconut oil is obtained using a gentle cold-pressing process that preserves the valuable ingredients and natural aroma. This keeps the quality at the highest level and guarantees particularly effective care.<\/p>\n

In addition, the vitamin E contained in coconut oil protects the skin from free radicals, which can cause premature skin ageing, thanks to its antioxidant effect. Coconut oil also supports the regeneration of the skin and has a beneficial effect on skin problems such as dryness, itching or redness.<\/p>\n

Due to its rapid absorption properties, coconut oil does not leave a greasy feeling in our care products, but rather a pleasantly nourished, soft skin feeling.<\/p>\n

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil\u00a0<\/p>\n

Coconut oil is a particularly versatile and nourishing natural product that forms the basis of our Mono\u00ef de Tahiti oil. It comes from the fertile coconut plantations of French Polynesia, where perfect and sustainable growing conditions prevail. This high-quality coconut oil provides skin and hair with intensive moisture and supports the natural protective function.<\/p>\n

To produce our Mono\u00ef oil, we macerate the fragrant Tiar\u00e9 flowers (Gardenia Tahitensis)<\/span><\/a> in this coconut oil for several days. During maceration, the flowers release their valuable fragrance and care ingredients into the oil, creating the characteristic Mono\u00ef de Tahiti oil with its sensual, exotic aroma.<\/p>\n

Like all natural coconut oils, our Mono\u00ef oil becomes solid and white at temperatures below approx. 24\u00b0C, but melts quickly if it is warmed briefly - for example by hand warmth, placed on the radiator, placed in warm water or taken into the shower. This does not affect the care effect, but is a typical characteristic of this natural product.<\/p>\n

COCONUT MILK EXTRACT \/ cocos nucifera (coconut) fruit extract<\/p>\n

Coconut milk extract is a particularly skin-friendly active ingredient that provides intensive moisture, soothes the skin and supports its natural regeneration. It contains valuable medium-chain fatty acids such as lauric acid, which have an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect and can counteract skin impurities and redness. In addition, vitamins such as E and C as well as minerals provide the skin with important nutrients, strengthen the skin barrier and make the skin feel supple.<\/p>\n

Coconut milk extract is obtained from the flesh of ripe coconuts. To do this, the coconut flesh is gently crushed and mixed with water, then the liquid is pressed through a fine cloth to obtain the natural milk. This gentle production process without additives preserves most of the valuable nourishing ingredients in the extract.<\/p>\n
