Compar\u00e9e aux huiles locales comme l'huile d'olive, notre huile de mono\u00ef, principalement compos\u00e9e d'huile de coco, a un point de fusion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. C'est pourquoi elle est encore solide \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et doit \u00eatre r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 24 \u00b0C avant d'\u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. Il est important de ne pas placer le flacon dans le four \u00e0 micro-ondes, car cela peut nuire \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l'huile. Au lieu de cela, il suffit de placer le flacon dans de l'eau chaude pendant quelques minutes ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d'un chauffage pour faire fondre l'huile en douceur. Il suffit qu'une petite partie de l'huile devienne liquide, car l'huile de mono\u00ef est tr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique et seule une petite quantit\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire pour l'application.
