HOW CAN I ORDER FROM ANAKENA?
GOODS BASKET
Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart (it will be displayed with an icon at the top right). When you are done with your selection, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right and you will get there. You can change your selection here at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products (arrow up or down). By clicking on the "Remove" cross (to the left of the product photo) you can delete the selection. If you click on "Online Shop" at the top of the tab, you will return to the selection and can add more products to the shopping cart. By clicking on the button "Update shopping cart", you can update your order at any time. IMPORTANT: The shipping costs are not yet displayed here. This is done only at the end of the ordering process. By clicking the button "Proceed to checkout" you will be taken to the next ordering step.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically within the ordering process and depending on the delivery address and displayed in the shopping cart overview before the order.
ENTER BILLING ADDRESS & SELECT PAYMENT METHOD
You do not need a customer account. Please enter your billing address and if necessary a different delivery address for the shipment. Here you can also leave an order note. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (Data protection notice). No other use or disclosure to third parties will be made. Please select your Payment method off. The shipment will be handled by DHL. Please tick the appropriate box to allow us to forward your address to Deutsche Post AG for shipping. Please read the General terms and conditions and the Cancellation policy carefully through. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy (check the box). By clicking the button "Buy now" you submit a legally binding offer. Now you will automatically be taken to the payment portal you have selected. After payment you will receive an order confirmation by mail. We will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.
