SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME
The prices in our Online Shop do not include shipping costs for packaging and postage. The shipping costs incurred are calculated automatically during the order process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before the order is completed.
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment and handed over to our logistics partner on the same working day or the following working day, depending on the time of order.
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Your order will be delivered by DHL. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the overview below.
If you require delivery to a country that is not listed, please contact us before placing your order via E-mail . Please provide us with the desired items and quantities as well as the delivery address including country and zip code. We will immediately check the shipping options and inform you of the exact shipping costs if delivery is possible. We must request these in advance from our shipping partner.
SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY
For the We charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order for shipping within Germany. From a gross order value of 80,00 Euro we ship free shipping.

Shipping by cash on delivery is not possible.

From a value of goods of 80 € in Germany, 100 € in Austria, 120 € rest of the EU, shipping is free.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRIA
Shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of 12.00 EUR per order, free shipping from 100.00 EUR.

SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND
To ensure safe transportation, we only send insured parcels to Switzerland with Deutsche Post (DHL). Unfortunately, delivery to a Swiss PO box is not possible.
No German VAT is charged on deliveries to Switzerland. From January 1, 2024, the following import VAT rates will apply in Switzerland: 8.1 % (standard rate) and 2.6 % (reduced rate). Goods under CHF 62 (reduced rate) or CHF 193 (standard rate) are tax-free. Please note that shipping is only possible up to a goods value of CHF 1,000 net, as above this amount there are complex customs formalities that we cannot offer. Shipping costs to Switzerland start at EUR 22.00 for a small parcel. The exact costs are calculated in our online store depending on the shipping weight. The delivery period is 3-6 working days.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs to the rest of the EU depend on the recipient country and will be displayed when you place the order, once you have entered the delivery address. Free shipping for orders over Euro 120.
