On April 5, 1722 - that is 300 years ago - the Dutchman Jacob Roggeveen "discovered" this volcanic island, and because it was Easter Sunday, he named it "Paasch-Eyland", meaning Easter Island. Of course, the island already had a name, namely "Te Pito o te Henua", which translates as Navel of the World. Today the island is called Rapa Nui, like its indigenous inhabitants and also their language. The island measures 163 square kilometers and is probably the most isolated inhabited place on earth. I'm not necessarily a cosmetics or eco-friendly dude per se, but I do have a few things to say about Anakena soaps and lotions. Initially, I bought them as perfect, affordable gifts for the special women in my life. Eventually, I even started using the shower gels myself. Everyone loves them! They're not packed with perfumes, but instead use natural ingredients. Plus, they're made with love and support local communities. Great stuff! Thanks, Anakena!

I've been using Anakena's face cream for a long time and I'm very satisfied!
The cream does what it promises and can definitely be used as a day cream as well as a night cream.
My skin has been much better since using it and feels very good - I can definitely recommend it based on the price!

I love Anakena Monoi de Tahiti oil. It cares for my skin, my hair... and sometimes I suffer from a dry, flaky scalp, and the oil helps me particularly well there too. Monoi oil is a lifesaver for reddened and irritated skin. Everyone should have a Monoi de Tahiti oil at home

Their products are honestly great (I've tried all of them and can fully recommend them all, but my favorites are the oil and the shampoo/shower gel). I looked for Monoi Tiare products for a really long time and tried out a lot of things... but it was only with your products that I became 'settled', so to speak. This is due on the one hand to the caring properties and sustainability but above all to the wonderful scent. The intensity is just right and it's actually natural and it doesn't take your breath away in the shower. 🙂

...and last but not least: I have rarely had such kind and sincere customer contact.
So: thank you all very much and please keep it up!!!

I used the depicted face cream, body lotion and skin & hair oil, and can recommend them all - especially the multipurpose oil! It's easily heated up with some warm water to regain liquid consistency for easier usage.
