SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY DATE
The in our Online Shop displayed prices do not include shipping costs for packaging and postage. The shipping costs are calculated dynamically within the ordering process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before the order is placed.
A shipment of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped by DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the list below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please email us before placing an order (info@anakena.de) and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.
SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY
For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate per order 3.90 euros. For shipping to German islands we do not charge an island surcharge. From a gross order value of 80.00 euros we ship free of charge. Delivery time: approx. 2-3 working days.
Shipping by cash on delivery is not possible.

From a value of goods of 80 € in Germany, 100 € in Austria, 120 € rest of the EU, shipping is free.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRIA
Shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of 12.00 EUR per order, free shipping from 100.00 EUR.

SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND
To guarantee safe transport, we only send insured packages to Switzerland with Deutsche Post (DHL). Unfortunately, delivery to a Swiss post office box is not possible.
For deliveries to Switzerland, our store system does not charge German VAT, but shipping is only possible up to a value of goods of 999.00 Swiss francs net. From a value of goods of 1000.00 Swiss francs net, there are costly customs formalities, which we can not offer you. Shipping costs to Switzerland are a flat rate of 15.00 EUR per order. Delivery period: 3-6 working days
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs to the rest of the EU depend on the recipient country and will be displayed when you place the order, once you have entered the delivery address. Free shipping for orders over Euro 120.
